The Mission :

We are looking for a Backend Engineer who lives and breathes distributed systems. Youll be a key individual contributor in our Product Engineering team, specifically focusing on our Collections vertical. Your job isn't just to write code; its to build the high-performance Microservices that serve as the engine for our Flutter mobile apps.

What Youll Own :

- Microservices Architecture : Design, develop, and deploy scalable Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

- API Performance : Lead the charge in optimizing API latency and payload structures to ensure a "zero-lag" experience for mobile users.

- Distributed Systems : Implement design patterns that ensure our systems remain resilient and scalable under heavy load.

- Flutter Synergy : Collaborate with mobile devs to ensure the backend perfectly supports complex Flutter features, focusing on efficient data serialization.

- Tech Excellence : Maintain high code quality through rigorous testing, profiling, and performance tuning.

Your Toolkit :

- Core Strength : 4 to 9 years of professional software development with a heavy focus on Java and Spring Boot.

- Microservices Pro : Solid experience building and maintaining distributed systems. You understand service discovery, config management, and inter-service communication.

- API Specialist : Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs and how to optimize them for mobile consumption (caching, query optimization).

- Architecture Mindset : You understand Clean Architecture or MVVM and how backend design impacts the front-end.

- DevOps Savvy : Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub) to keep the deployment flow smooth.
