Role Overview :

We are looking for a Java Backend Developer with 5 - 8 years of professional experience to build scalable, high-performance microservices-based architectures.

Technical Requirements :

- Deep expertise in Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and microservices.

- Experience with Kafka, JMS, distributed system patterns, caching, and asynchronous processing.

- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes / OpenShift, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong knowledge of databases : Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra.

- Experience designing and scaling systems on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

- Experience with Domain-Driven Design, event-driven systems, CQRS, and enterprise integration patterns.

GenAI & Productivity :

- Experience applying LLMs/GenAI to improve engineering productivity and developer workflows.

- Prompt engineering experience and familiarity with integrating models into applications.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and drive technical initiatives.

- Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and ownership.

- Contributions to internal platforms or open-source projects.
