Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer with 7 - 10 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable, high-performance backend applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, SQL, and Cloud technologies, with a passion for building robust enterprise-grade solutions. Candidates available to join immediately or within 30 days will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Develop and enhance Microservices-based architectures.

- Build secure, reusable, and high-performing RESTful APIs.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following coding standards.

- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments.

- Contribute to system architecture and technical improvements.

Required Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of experience in Java Backend Development.

- Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17.

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.

- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture.

- Experience building REST APIs.

- Good understanding of Hibernate/JPA.

- Strong SQL skills with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms.

- Familiarity with Redis or caching technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong understanding of design patterns, OOP concepts, and multithreading.

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Spring Cloud.

- Knowledge of API Gateway.

- Experience with OpenShift.

- Exposure to ElasticSearch.

- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and unit testing frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Exposure to Banking, FinTech, Payments, or Product-based organizations.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 30 days are highly preferred.
