Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable and high-performance enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, Relational Databases, and Swagger. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining secure, scalable backend services while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and enhance backend applications using Java 17 and Spring Boot.

- Design and implement Microservices-based architecture for scalable enterprise applications.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and document them using Swagger/OpenAPI.

- Integrate Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging and event-driven communication.

- Design, optimize, and maintain Relational Databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.

- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.

- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams throughout the SDLC.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to sprint planning and releases.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Understanding of Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT authentication.

- Experience with JUnit and Mockito for unit testing.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
