About the Role :

Were seeking skilled Java Backend Engineers to join our fast-growing technology team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cloud-native backend services built on Java or Scala.

Youll work with modern technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable microservices that power mission-critical enterprise applications.

Senior Software Engineer :

Required Core Tech Stack :

- Java or Scala

- AWS

- Kubernetes

- Terraform

- Jenkins (or equivalent CI/CD tools)

Mid-Level Software Engineer :

Required Core Tech Stack :

- Java or Scala

- AWS

- Kubernetes (preferred) OR Docker / other containerization tools

- Terraform (nice to have if experienced in containerization)

- Jenkins (or equivalent CI/CD tools)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement tier-1 microservices using Java or Scala.

- Build and maintain asynchronous, cloud-native systems for large-scale data processing and transformation.

- Contribute to technical design discussions and participate in architecture reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.

- Collaborate within an Agile/SCRUM framework including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

- Provide on-call production support for critical services on a rotational basis.

- Take end-to-end ownership of features from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and optimization.

- Work closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready features.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and tools to continuously improve system design and efficiency.
