Position : Java Backend Developer

Experience : 6 to 10 years

Work Model : Hybrid 2 to 3 days per week from Altimetrik office

Notice Period : Immediate joiners or candidates who can join by the 1st week of September

Key Skills Required :

- Strong experience in Java

- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot

- Strong knowledge of Microservices architecture

- Experience with Apache Kafka

- Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs

- Good understanding of database concepts and software development lifecycle

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based applications

- Develop and integrate microservices using Spring Boot

- Work with Kafka for event-driven communication and messaging

- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
