In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable backend systems that power our applications. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to support our growing user base.

- Implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems, ensuring data integrity and security.

- Optimize database queries and schema design in MySQL to improve application performance and reduce latency.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity, providing timely and effective solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, aligning technical solutions with business requirements.

- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions, contributing to a robust and reliable software product.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and develop scalable and maintainable backend systems using Java and J2EE technologies.

- Proven expertise in building Microservices architecture using Spring Boot and related frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.

- Solid understanding of relational database management systems, particularly MySQL, including query optimization and schema design.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to an on-site work environment in Chennai or Pune.
