Java AWS Full Stack Lead

About the Opportunity :

We are hiring a Java + AWS Fullstack Lead to spearhead complex cloud-native development projects. This role is ideal for seasoned professionals who can architect, design, and lead fullstack solutions using modern Java frameworks and AWS services. You will play a critical role in leading agile teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring scalable and secure delivery of enterprise-grade applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Fullstack Development Leadership :

- Lead end-to-end development using Java, Spring Boot, React/Angular, and Node.js

- Architect solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability

Cloud-Native Application Design :

- Leverage AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, API Gateway, RDS, etc.) to design robust cloud applications

- Implement infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform

CI/CD & DevOps Integration :

- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions

- Ensure DevOps best practices and code quality standards across the team

Agile Project Delivery & Mentorship :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments

- Guide and mentor team members on technology, design patterns, and clean code practices

Desired Skills :

- Expert in Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development

- Strong experience with AWS Cloud Services

- Proficient in frontend technologies React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and cloud deployment

Eligibility Criteria :

Education :

UG : B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines

PG : Preferred M.Tech/MCA
