Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Java AWS Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Chennai or Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable microservices that power our core business platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. By leveraging cloud-native architectures and modern software engineering practices, you will directly influence the performance, reliability, and security of our applications, ensuring a seamless experience for our global user base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and build high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot to support mission-critical business operations.

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-efficiency for our infrastructure.

- Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to automate CI/CD pipelines, accelerating the delivery of high-quality code to production environments.

- Optimize existing application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable database and caching strategies.

- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance to foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture.

- Proven ability to design and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and ECS.

- Strong proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code and performing rigorous unit testing to ensure system stability.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

- A bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with the adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work model across our Chennai or Hyderabad offices.

- Minimum 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack Java development and cloud-based systems integration.
