Java Architect - Spring Boot/Hibernate

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Java Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, software architecture, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, maintainable, and secure systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the application architecture and technical roadmap.

- Design end-to-end solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.

- Guide teams on best practices in design patterns, code quality, and application security.

- Review code and provide mentorship to developers to ensure architectural standards are met.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, technologies, and processes for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to implement CI/CD and containerized deployments.

- Create technical documentation and system architecture diagrams.

- Participate in technical discussions with stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.

- Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs.

- Proven experience designing microservices architecture.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Solid understanding of DevOps practices, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficient in designing scalable databases (SQL and NoSQL).

- Experience with messaging systems like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or JMS.

- Strong understanding of application security, performance tuning, and integration patterns.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with front-end integration (Angular/React) is a plus.

- Java architecture certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Master Java EE Architect) is preferred.

- Agile/Scrum experience and familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Git.
