Java Architect - Spring Boot

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Implement and maintain microservices architectures that are scalable, reliable, and efficient.

- Optimize application performance, focusing on speed and scalability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, following best practices for software development.

- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring the stability and reliability of the backend systems.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our systems.

- Lead and mentor the development team toward successful delivery

- Own end-to-end technical decisions

- Collaborate across departments for strategic decision-making

- Design innovative solutions addressing cross-team challenges

- Host knowledge-sharing and skill-building sessions

- Drive project success by meeting key deadlines with agility

What You Bring :

- Deep expertise in Spring Boot a must-have

- Strong grasp of Microservices Architecture & Design Patterns

- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs

- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms (AWS / Azure preferred)

- Proficiency with both SQL & NoSQL databases
