Java Architect

We are looking for an experienced Java Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing scalable, high-performance enterprise applications within the Automobile / Manufacturing domain. The ideal candidate will lead architecture decisions, drive digital transformation initiatives, and build robust microservices-based systems on cloud platforms.

- Define and design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-grade applications using Java 11, Spring Boot, and Microservices

- Develop scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures aligned with business requirements

- Lead technical solutioning discussions with business and IT stakeholders

- Provide architectural guidance and best practices for microservices, API design, and distributed systems

- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and architectural principles

- Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Azure or GCP

- Work closely with DevOps teams to enable CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and automation

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability on cloud platforms

- Work closely with stakeholders in the Automobile / Manufacturing domain to understand business processes (supply chain, production, IoT integrations, etc.)

- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions

- Drive architecture governance, design reviews, and technical risk mitigation

- Mentor development teams and ensure high-quality delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations

- Strong expertise in Java 11, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture

- Experience with RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems

- Hands-on experience with Azure or GCP cloud platforms

- Knowledge of containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices

- Proven experience in Solution Architecture / Technical Architecture roles

- Strong understanding of design patterns, system integration, scalability, and security

- Experience with high-availability and fault-tolerant systems

- Prior experience in Automobile or Manufacturing industry

- Understanding of ERP systems, supply chain, plant operations, or IoT ecosystems is highly preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Ability to lead and influence technical teams

- Problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking

- Experience with event streaming platforms (Kafka, Pub/Sub)

- Exposure to IoT, Industry 4.0, or connected vehicle ecosystems

- Knowledge of API gateways and security frameworks (OAuth2, JWT)
