Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end production support for Java-based applications, ensuring high availability and system reliability.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLA timelines.

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for production incidents and implement preventive measures.

- Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects and enhance application performance.

- Support and maintain applications built using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and Microservices.

- Work with AWS cloud services to support, monitor, and optimize application performance.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deploy new features and enhancements into production.

- Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-release validation.

- Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and operational runbooks.

- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support rotation to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

- Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in support processes.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

- Strong hands-on experience in Java application development and production/application support.

- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and Microservices architecture.

- Experience working with AWS cloud services.

- Strong understanding of application monitoring, logging, and incident management.

- Experience with SQL databases and query optimization.

- Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced production support environment.
