Role Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Specialist Java AWS Cloud Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions using cutting-edge technologies.

What you will do :

- Write, test, and maintain high-quality Java code for cloud-based applications

- Design and implement complex cloud-based solutions using AWS services (S3, Lambda, Bedrock, etc)

- Design and optimize database schemas and queries, particularly with DynamoDB

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cloud-based solutions

- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in cloud infrastructure

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud environments

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth

What you need to succeed :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 5 - 8 years of experience in Back-end programming, with a strong focus on AWS

- Extensive experience with Java, AWS, API and software development

- Strong knowledge of database systems, particularly DynamoDB

- Hands-on experience in AWS services (S3, Lambda, Bedrock etc)

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ideal Candidate will also have :

- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Terraform and DevOps practices

- Familiarity with serverless architectures and microservices

- Understanding of machine learning and AI concepts

- AWS certifications are a plus
