About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Java & Python Developer with strong expertise in backend development, AWS native services, and Agentic AI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable applications and integrating AI-driven capabilities into enterprise solutions using modern cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Python.

- Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.

- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services.

- Integrate AWS native services to build secure, scalable, and reliable application architectures.

- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions to automate business workflows and support intelligent decision-making.

- Integrate Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into existing applications and enterprise systems.

- Develop AI-driven workflows involving tool calling, task orchestration, and automated execution.

- Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

- Implement unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and code reviews.

- Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD, application security, and cloud deployments.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills:

- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in software development.

- Strong hands-on programming experience in Java and Python.

- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and software design principles.

- Experience developing REST APIs, backend applications, and microservices.

- Hands-on experience with AWS native services for application development, integration, and deployment.

- Understanding of cloud-native architecture, serverless computing, and distributed systems.

- Experience or strong working knowledge of Agentic AI and Generative AI concepts.

- Ability to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and automate multi-step workflows.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and application debugging.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, ECS, or EKS.

- Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock and other AWS AI/ML services.

- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

- Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.

- Experience building and deploying production-ready AI-enabled applications.
