We are seeking a skilled Globalscape / JAMS Administrator to manage and support enterprise-level Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Job Scheduling environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Fortra Globalscape EFT, JAMS Scheduler, and GoAnywhere MFT, along with solid scripting and troubleshooting skills across Linux and Windows platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and maintain Globalscape EFT, JAMS Scheduler, and GoAnywhere MFT environments.

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve MFT-related issues including system performance, file transfer failures, and network connectivity.

- Perform user and system administration, including permissions, access, and security management.

- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Python / PowerShell preferred) to streamline operational tasks.

- Support installation, upgrade, and patching activities.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and compliance within MFT operations.

- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and network teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 48 years of hands-on experience in MFT administration (Globalscape, JAMS, GoAnywhere).

- Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows command-line utilities.

- Proficiency in troubleshooting system and network connectivity issues.
