Jabil - Technical Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Description :

- Lead end-to-end project management for technical initiatives (software, infrastructure, or platform projects)

- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and designers

- Translate business requirements into technical tasks and milestones

- Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers proactively

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate

- Manage budgets, resources, and schedules

- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership

- Ensure project documentation is complete and up to date

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in project management with technical teams

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks

- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.)

- Solid technical understanding of web, mobile, or cloud-based systems

- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Background as a developer, QA engineer, or systems analyst
