About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and deliver high-quality, scalable, and robust IT solutions for our enterprise clients.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, providing architectural leadership, defining technology strategies, and ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end solutions across multiple platforms and technologies, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Translate business requirements into detailed architectural designs and technical specifications.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.

- Ensure solution alignment with enterprise architecture, standards, and governance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.

- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to development teams.

- Review design documents, code, and implementation to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

- Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution proposals, and technical presentations.

- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.

- Ensure solutions meet business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.

- Establish and enforce architectural best practices, coding standards, and operational guidelines.

- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct solution reviews and maintain architecture documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or IT consulting.

- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise IT systems.

- Experience with software development life cycles, microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.

- Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
