Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Software Development : Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient software applications primarily using Python.

- Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders and business users to understand, analyze, and document complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- System Design : Contribute to the architectural design of new applications and features, ensuring solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.

- Problem Solving : Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications, identifying root causes of issues and implementing effective resolutions.

- Data Handling : Work with various data sources and databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) to process, transform, and manage data efficiently.

- Code Quality : Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code, participating actively in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including other developers, quality assurance, and project managers, throughout the software development lifecycle.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in Python development and software analysis, recommending improvements and innovative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 4+ yrs of proven experience in software development with a strong focus on Python programming.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

- Experience with Python frameworks - Django.

- Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and strong SQL

querying skills.

- Experience with RESTful API design and consumption.

- Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
