Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer :

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing solutions across Dynamics 365 platforms, especially Customer Engagement (CE/CRM). You will play a key role in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 applications to meet client requirements, integrating third-party systems, and delivering robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365, focusing on Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) modules.

- Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific client needs.

- Integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party applications and services.

- Utilize Power Platform tools to build workflows, automate processes, and enhance business applications.

- Work with Co-Pilot Studios to leverage AI-powered development assistance within the Power Platform ecosystem.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations.

- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, particularly Customer Engagement (CE/CRM).

- Hands-on experience with the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

- Familiarity with Co-Pilot Studios and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

- Strong knowledge of customizing entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations in Dynamics 365.

- Experience in solution architecture, data modeling, and API integrations.

- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
