- Build conversational IVR solutions with natural language processing capabilities.

- Implement voice prompts, menu structures, and intelligent call routing logic.

- Develop conversational AI workflows using Genesys Cloud AI services.

- Integrate with AWS Lambda functions for custom business logic implementation.

- Build intent recognition and entity extraction capabilities.

- Create REST API integrations for real-time data retrieval and updates.

- Develop serverless functions using AWS Lambda and Azure Functions.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

- IVR Development Call flow design and voice application development.

- AWS Lambda Serverless function development and deployment.

- REST APIs Integration development and consumption.

- JavaScript/Node.js Primary development language.
