Description :

Must have :

- Install, configure, and maintain Ivanti platforms (EPM / Neurons / ITSM).

- Manage server components, agents, connectors, and integrations with application.

- Perform version upgrades, hotfix deployments, and environment patching.

- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and system optimization.

- Proven experience as an Ivanti Administrator or similar role, with a strong understanding of Ivanti Neurons, including Endpoint Manager and Service Manager

- Solid knowledge of Ivanti administration, configuration, and troubleshooting techniques

- Experience in implementing and managing Ivanti patch management processes

- Proficiency in scripting and automation tools to enhance Ivanti functionality

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users

- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development

Responsibility :

- 1 Providing 24x7 supports to customer environment

- 2 Responsible for Alert Management, Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management

- 3 Monitoring troubleshoot and resolve P1,P2,P3 and P4 incident tickets

- 4 Assisting Users located in USA, coordinating with different vendors
