Designation : Discoverant Analytics Developer
Qualification : Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field
Experience : Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Biovia Discoverant (modelling, dashboarding & data integration)
Work Timing : Work schedule can be split into 4 hours PM (IST) and 4 hours AM (PST) working hours once KT (Knowledge Transfer) days are completed for new Joiners During KT Period (i.e, 3 months) work schedule will be complete US (PST) working hours

Job Role :
As a Discoverant Analytics Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing and optimizing analytics solutions using Biovia Discoverant analytics platform. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate, model and visualize data from multiple scientific and manufacturing systems (LIMS, MES, SCADA, ERP). Your expertise in data engineering, statistical tools and cloud platforms will support high-impact decision-making across the product lifecycle and operations
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement analytics solutions using Biovia Discoverant analytics platform
- Develop dashboards and models for real-time and historical data analysis
- Integrate and transform data from LIMS, MES, SCADA/Historian and ERP systems
- Collaborate with scientists, engineers and IT teams to gather requirements and optimize data flows
- Create scalable and reusable analytics components
- Ensure compliance with GxP and data integrity standards
- Document data models, workflows and system interactions
- Support validation and testing of analytics solutions in a regulated environment
- Contribute to architecture discussions for data integration and cloud enablement
Required Skills :
- Hands-on expertise with Biovia Discoverant (including modelling, dashboarding and integration)
- Strong experience with SQL and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R)
- Knowledge of data sources such as LIMS, MES, SCADA/Historian, ERP systems
- Familiarity with data transformation, ETL processes and real-time analytics
- Experience working in regulated environments (GxP, FDA)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Desired Skills :
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Understanding of data lake architectures
- Experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory operations
