We are seeking an experienced SAP REFX Consultant with strong expertise in Real Estate Management (Flexible Real Estate - REFX) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation, configuration, and support experience, with the ability to translate business requirements into SAP REFX solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage SAP REFX implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

- Configure SAP REFX modules, including contract management, property management, lease management, and related financial integration.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and propose effective solutions.

- Provide expertise in integrating REFX with FI/CO and other SAP modules.

- Support data migration, system testing, and user training activities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional/technical issues in REFX.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e., IFRS 16, ASC 842) for lease management and reporting.

- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in SAP with strong specialization in REFX (Flexible Real Estate Management).

- Hands-on experience in full lifecycle implementation and support projects.

- In-depth understanding of real estate processes : leasing, sub-leasing, rental agreements, and contract management.

- Strong knowledge of integration with FI/CO and impact on accounting entries.

- Experience in handling IFRS 16 / Lease Accounting compliance in SAP.

- Ability to work independently and manage client expectations.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to S/4HANA REFX implementations.

- Knowledge of SAP REFX integration with SAP PS, PM, or MM.

- Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to REFX
