Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) Consultant with a strong track record in delivering end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, Intrastat, and Risk Management, with a proven ability to design, configure, and integrate SAP GTS with ECC/S4 systems and external solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Compliance Management :

- Configure and support Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening, Embargo Checks, Export & Import Legal Controls.

- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and automated screening processes.

Customs Management :

- Manage Export/Import Declarations, Product Classification (HTS, ECCN), Transit Procedures, and Trade Documentation.

- Set up and maintain electronic communication channels with customs authorities.

Intrastat & Risk Management :

- Configure Intrastat filing processes and reporting.

- Implement Preference Determination and manage Long-Term Supplier Declarations (LTSDs) for vendors and customers.

Configuration & Integration :

- Perform configuration of FTO, Legal Units, Feeder System Assignments, Legal Regulations, Numbering Schemes.

- Integrate SAP GTS with ECC/S4 systems, SEEBURGER, and external data providers for sanction and classification lists.

Master Data & System Maintenance :

- Handle Product Classification and Duty Rate uploads.

- Maintain system stability and data accuracy across connected environments.

Project Delivery & Support :

- Lead and contribute to end-to-end SAP GTS implementations, rollouts, enhancements, and production support.

- Deliver functional specifications, UAT scripts, training manuals, and coordinate with RICEFW teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of strong SAP GTS functional experience.

- Proven expertise in Compliance, Customs, Intrastat, and Risk Management modules.

- Hands-on configuration and integration knowledge with ECC/S4 systems.

- Familiarity with SEEBURGER, external sanction list providers, and global trade data handling.

- Strong documentation, testing, and training delivery experience.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work in global, cross-cultural teams.

Nice to Have :

- Prior consulting experience in large-scale SAP GTS global implementations.

- Exposure to Trade Preference Agreements and Free Trade Zones.

- Understanding of regulatory changes in international trade compliance.
