Job Description :

This role requires supporting business users, managing incidents, and ensuring smooth operations in an AMS/managed services environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.

- Support financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation processes for business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of BPC with SAP BW and other systems.

- Participate in enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimization activities.

- Document processes, solutions, and issue resolutions for knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills :

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and consolidation business processes.

- Familiarity with SAP BW and integration points with BPC.

- Prior experience in AMS/managed services support projects is a must.
