Role Overview :
As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for system configuration, implementation of complex features, and active participation in upcoming Salesforce projects.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth user support, change management, and maximizing platform adoption using a Click, Not Code approach.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types.
- Support implementation of new features and functionality aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain system integrity, perform regular audits, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Handle data management activities including imports, exports, data cleansing, and reporting.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce features.
- Participate in change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with tools like BitBucket, Ant, Informatica, and JIRA for deployments, version control, and issue tracking.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration (Click, Not Code).
- Hands-on experience with system administration, security controls, and user management.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices, limits, and governor constraints.
- Familiarity with tools like BitBucket, Ant, Informatica, and JIRA.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory; Advanced Admin certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
- Exposure to Salesforce Lightning Experience and latest Salesforce releases.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
