ITRadiant - Head of Delivery - S/4 HANA

We are looking for a seasoned Head of Delivery to lead and manage delivery, operations, and customer excellence across key technology areas including SAP S/4HANA, SFDC, and RPA. The role demands high accountability for driving delivery excellence, presales support, strategic planning, and client engagement across multiple verticals and geographies. Reporting directly to the CEO, the candidate will be a key part of the leadership team responsible for the overall success of service and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Project Managers across verticals

- Own end-to-end service delivery of projects and COE initiatives in SAP, Salesforce, and RPA

- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Sales Heads to align delivery with business goals

- Take ownership of key KPIs, service delivery SLAs, and project profitability

- Establish and enforce best practices in project execution, especially in Agile, ASAP, and Activate methodologies

- Optimize performance, scalability, and reusability through structured frameworks

- Oversee offshore delivery operations and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Act as a strategic partner to customers, supporting onsite account management where needed

- Provide presales support, solution presentations, and estimation for SAP S/4HANA, SFDC, and RPA engagements

- Help build differentiated offerings and contribute to deal closures

- Build and manage high-performance teams across technologies

- Plan and implement resource management, work assignments, and project governance

- Liaise with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, sales, finance, and HR to ensure cross-functional alignment

Required Skills & Experience :

- 20+ years of overall industry experience with 15+ years in Delivery Management roles

- Proven experience managing multi-customer portfolios across geographies

- Strong background in Fixed Price and SLA-based project execution

- Experience as Practice Head / Delivery Head or Onsite Delivery Lead

- Deep exposure to SAP/ERP, Salesforce (SFDC), and RPA tools

- Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks and cost-optimization strategies

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

- Outstanding communication abilities - both technical and business-facing

Preferred Qualifications :

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Additional certifications in PMP, Agile, ITIL, or SAP/SFDC platforms would be a plus
