Job Description :

Location - Bangalore.

13+ years of experience in QE/Test Management, with 5+ years in transformational leadership roles.

Transformation & Innovation :

- Lead QE modernization initiatives including Intelligent Automation, SDET enablement, and Real Time Dashboarding.

- Introduce and scale AI/ML, GenAI, and autonomous testing techniques into the testing lifecycle.

- Evaluate emerging tools, PoC new technologies, and champion adoption across teams.

- Develop and promote reusable IP, accelerators, and best practices for scalable QE delivery.

Thought Leadership :

- Collaborates with customer stakeholder and implement QE practice QE strategy, contributing to enterprise-level QE transformation roadmaps.

- Mentor and coach cross-functional teams on QE principles, tooling, and innovation.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management :

- Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of QE deliverables in Agile/DevOps environments.

- Collaborate with product, development, architecture, and release teams to embed quality from the start.

- Manage risk, compliance, and traceability throughout the testing lifecycle.

- Monitor QE metrics (test coverage, defect leakage, automation ROI) and continuously improve test effectiveness and efficiency.
