- Lead CDC Implementations : Architect and implement Change Data Capture (CDC) solutions using Debezium, Oracle, and other related CDC tools and technologies.

- Technical Expertise : Provide deep technical knowledge and hands-on expertise in CDC technologies, database replication, and real-time data synchronization.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams (Data Engineers, Architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders) to design, deploy, and troubleshoot CDC solutions that meet business requirements.

- Performance Tuning & Optimization : Monitor and optimize CDC pipelines for performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring minimal latency and efficient data replication.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Lead efforts to identify and resolve issues related to CDC processes, including debugging and resolving replication errors, conflicts, and data consistency issues.

- Best Practices & Standards : Establish and enforce best practices, guidelines, and standards for the implementation of CDC technologies.

- Documentation : Provide thorough documentation and knowledge transfer on CDC processes, architecture, and best practices

for internal and external stakeholders.

- Training & Mentorship : Mentor and train junior engineers on CDC technologies, database management, and troubleshooting techniques.

- Research & Development : Stay up to date with emerging CDC technologies, tools, and methodologies to continuously improve the organization's data architecture.

Required Qualifications :

Certifications : Certifications in Debezium, Oracle, or related database and CDC technologies.

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Industry Experience : Experience working in Retail, particularly in areas that involve large-scale data pipelines, real-time analytics, and data warehousing.
