About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be a key technical contributor, responsible for developing and implementing robust solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

You will not only be an expert developer but also a proactive problem-solver who can advise on architectural solutions and support our Solutions Architect. Your ability to drive projects aggressively and deliver incremental value on a strict timeline is crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

Development and Implementation : Design, develop, and maintain applications and modules within the ServiceNow platform. Your work will span across various areas, including Flow Designer, Workflows, GRC/IRM, CMDB, and release and change management.

Solution Leadership : Support the Solutions Architect by providing technical insights, proposing solution ideas, and offering alternative approaches based on your extensive development experience.

Agile Delivery : Act as an aggressive driver of value, ensuring the continuous and incremental delivery of new features and functionalities according to program timelines.

Integration : Lead and execute complex integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms, with a focus on strong experience with API integration. Experience with integrations like JIRA or AWS is highly valued.

Technical Expertise : Serve as a subject matter expert on the ServiceNow development environment, sharing your knowledge and best practices with the team.

Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the overall development framework, ensuring best practices in an agile environment and a "secure by design" approach.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Experience : A minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development.

Technical Proficiency :

- Strong expertise with the ServiceNow development environment.

- In-depth knowledge of Flow Designer and Workflow development.

- Hands-on experience with GRC/IRM, CMDB, and ServiceNow's release and change management modules.

- Extensive API integration experience is a must.

- Strong integration experience with platforms like JIRA or AWS is a significant plus.

Frameworks & Methodologies :

- Solid understanding of a Secure by Design development approach.

- Proven experience working within an Agile development environment.

Soft Skills :

- A proactive and "get things done" mindset with the ability to drive projects to completion.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to advise and collaborate with a Solutions Architect.

Bonus Skills : Knowledge of AWS is a plus but not mandatory.
