SCCM & Intune - Lead

Role Overview :
Client Deployment and Compliance Engineer is responsible for ensuring that end-user devices are securely deployed, compliant with organizational policies, and properly managed throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- M365 Support Provide Technical Support : Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices remotely
- Manage End-User Devices : Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals such as printers and scanners.
- Application Support : Assist users with issues related to common applications (e.g., Microsoft Office 365, VPN, collaboration tools) and ensure software is up to date and functioning.
- Device Imaging and Deployment : Create, manage, and deploy standardized device images for new hardware rollouts or replacements.
- Modern Workplace Enablement Implement and support Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint).
- Collaborate with vendors and local IT teams to ensure seamless digital experiences.
- Support remote work enablement and zero-touch provisioning.
- Deployment Management Design and implement deployment strategies for Windows 10/11 using SCCM and Microsoft Intune
- Manage application packaging and deployment through modern management solutions
- Create and maintain deployment templates and standard operating procedures
- Execute and monitor OS deployments across the organization
- Implement automated deployment solutions for efficiency and consistency Compliance and Security
- Develop and maintain security compliance policies using Intune and SCCM
- Monitor and report on device compliance status
- Implement and manage conditional access policies
- Ensure adherence to organizational security standards
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits
- Maintain documentation of compliance procedures and policies
- Modern Workplace Management
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 services
- Implement modern workplace solutions using Intune
- Manage mobile device management (MDM) policies
- Configure and maintain Azure AD joined devices
- Implement Windows Autopilot deployment scenarios
- Manage Microsoft Teams deployment and configurations co-management
SCCM Administration :
- Maintain SCCM infrastructure and client health
- Manage software updates and patch deployment
- Create and maintain device collections
- Configure and monitor SCCM reporting
- Manage distribution points and content deployment
- Troubleshoot SCCM-related issues
Documentation and Reporting :
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Develop standard operating procedures
- Generate compliance and deployment reports
- Maintain asset inventory documentation
- Create user guides and training materials
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 8 to 10 years of experience in a desktop or end-user support role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft Office 365, SCCM, and common enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and remote support tools.
- Basic understanding of ITIL practices and incident/request management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and peripheral setup (printers, scanners, docking stations).
Preferred Certifications :
- MD-102 : Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administrator Associate
- AZ-104 : Azure Administrator
- MS-102 for Exchange Online skills.
