- This involves regular communication with clients, managing their expectations, and addressing any issues or concerns they may have.

Quality assurance :

- Ensuring that SAP projects meet high-quality standards.

- This includes conducting regular quality checks, reviewing deliverables, and ensuring that best practices and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk management :

- Identifying and managing project risks and issues.

- This includes proactively identifying potential risks, developing risk mitigation strategies, and taking necessary actions to resolve issues and maintain project progress.

Continuous improvement :

- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.

- This involves staying up to date with the latest SAP trends and technologies and recommending innovative solutions to clients.

- Manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementations, upgrades, and support projects.

- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

- Develop project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies for multiple projects simultaneously.

- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and develop customized solutions using SAP FICO modules such as FI, CO, MM, PP, HR, PS & QM.

- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Project management :

- Planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of SAP projects, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.

- This involves creating project plans, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 15- 20 years of experience in SAP Delivery Management or similar role.

- Strong expertise in SAP FICO implementation/upgrade/support projects with at least 3 end-to-end implementations under your belt.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT projects involving complex integrations between different systems.
