About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Automation Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test automation (Python/Selenium), hands-on experience with Salesforce, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to ensure our applications meet the highest standards.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and upgrade manual or automated test scripts in Python/Selenium.

- Collaborate within a scrum team to test internal and customer-facing applications.

- Adhere to code quality standards and ensure timely reporting and resolution of bugs.

- Communicate testing activities and findings effectively, both verbally and in writing.

- Follow established QA processes and best practices.

- Work with technical leaders, architects, and team members to understand new product requirements.

- Coordinate work across multiple phases of projects, including moderate to complex assignments.

- Ensure consistency across devices, browsers, and operating systems.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues by coordinating with remote teams across different verticals.

Technical Competencies :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Experience in testing frontend applications, backend services (API testing), and systems integration.

- Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and excellent coding skills, preferably in Python with Selenium 4.

- Proficiency in one or more test automation frameworks such as BDD, POM, or Hybrid.

- Skilled in backend validation using database queries (DML and DQL); knowledge of SOQL platforms.

- Hands-on experience with test tools such as PyTest, Reports (Extent or Allure), and Jenkins.

- Proficient with tools like POSTMAN and JIRA.

- Experience working with GIT/BITBUCKET.

- Must have working experience on the Salesforce platform.

- Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter (or similar).

- Knowledge of AIO test management tool is a plus.

- Prior exposure to testing online PPTs and SharePoint is preferred.

- Basic understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure.

- Experience with Docker for containerized application testing and deployment.

- Experience in testing AI agentic solutions or similar advanced AI-driven applications.

- Strong interpersonal skills (ownership, regular updates, meeting participation, coordination) and communication skills.
