ITC Infotech - Project Lead - Hospitality Technology

Description :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Hospitality technology specifically Oracle Hospitality products.

- Proven experience delivering Opera PMS (v5, Cloud) and integrations across multi-property or global rollouts.

- Strong understanding of hotel operations (front office, reservations, housekeeping, finance, distribution).

- Experience working with OHIP, OSEM, OHRA, Simphony, and other Oracle Hospitality APIs. Project & Technical Skills

- Strong grasp of implementation methodologies, agile project management, and ITIL-based service delivery.

- Proficiency in managing integration projects across POS, CRS, channel managers, and third-party systems.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and related Oracle ecosystem tools.

- Exposure to data migration, interface management, and testing frameworks for hospitality systems.

Leadership & Behavioral Skills :

- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management experience across global teams.

- Ability to drive large-scale transformation projects with multiple workstreams.

- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
