We are looking for Senior Automation Test Lead who can work in any ITC Location Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune/Kolkata/Gurgaon and we are looking for Immediate to 15 days joiners.

Summary :

Looking for self-driven, independent contributor in the QA automation space (not just functional testing).

They should be able to understand the MyLifePath ecosystem, identify vulnerabilities, strategize, prioritize, develop and maintain testing methodologies / techniques independently.

They should expect minimum guidance from the team especially w. testing techniques.

Strong and relevant experience would be required.

Job Requirements :

Seeking an Senior Automation Test Lead with 9+ years of hands-on experience who can bring significant expertise, lead a team, and independently manage this domain.

- Testing Expertise : Extensive experience in manual and automated testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.

- Test Automation : Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG) and experience with server-side languages (e.g., Java).

- Stress & Performance testing : Proficiency in executing the large scale stress and performance tests using QA tools.

- Bug Tracking : Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).

- Functional Testing : Ability to design and execute comprehensive test cases for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of software development processes and ability to work with APIs and databases.

- Detail-Oriented : Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying issues and inconsistencies.

- Collaboration : Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

- Documentation : Proficient in documenting test cases, test results, and defect reports clearly and accurately.

Cloud Experience : Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure is desired, like familiarity with Azure services Azure Cosmos Database.

- Communication : Strong communication skills for discussing testing results, issues, and improvements.

- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
