We have an immediate and exciting opening for a highly experienced Java Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in the e-commerce and Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) domain. Based in our Bangalore (Whitefield) office, this role offers a hybrid work model (3 days in office), allowing you to contribute to critical customization projects and engage directly with business stakeholders. What You'll Do :

As a Java Full Stack Developer specializing in e-commerce/D2C, you will be responsible for :

- Customization & Development : Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex customizations for our e-commerce platforms using Java Full Stack technologies. This will be a significant part of your role.

- Technical Consultation : Act as a technical consultant to various business units, translating business requirements into technical solutions and providing expert guidance on implementation strategies.

- Stakeholder Management : Proactively engage with and manage expectations of diverse stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and other technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

- E-commerce Tooling Expertise : Leverage your in-depth knowledge and understanding of various e-commerce platforms and tools to drive efficient development and integration.

- D2C Business Process Understanding : Apply your profound, end-to-end understanding of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business processes to develop solutions that genuinely meet business needs and enhance customer experience.

- Project Management Contribution : Contribute to project planning, scope definition, and task prioritization, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of development initiatives.

- Code Quality & Best Practices : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to software development best practices and ensuring robust, scalable solutions.

- Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system stability.

What You'll Bring :

Required Experience & Skills :

- 6+ years of extensive experience in Java Full Stack development.

- Mandatory and significant experience in the E-commerce or D2C domain. This is a critical requirement for the role.

- Proven expertise in Java (Core Java, Spring Boot/Spring Framework) for building robust backend services.

- Strong front-end development skills with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and related technologies (HTML5, CSS3).

- In-depth knowledge and understanding of e-commerce tools and platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify Plus, Hybris, commercetools, custom-built e-commerce systems).

- Deep, end-to-end understanding of D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) business processes, including order management, inventory, payments, shipping, customer service, and analytics.

- Demonstrated experience in customization work on large-scale applications.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficient stakeholder management experience, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and build strong relationships.

- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL/NoSQL) and experience with ORMs.

- Experience with version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with microservices architecture.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

- Prior experience in a consulting-oriented role or environment.

- Project management experience is a plus.
