- Experience in Anaplan and other EPM Platforms (JDA, Kinaxis APO, SAP IBP, etc.)
- Preferred experience in Oracle Hyperion, O9, OneStream, Board
- Preferred experience of working in Sales, Marketing and Demand Planning for CPG industry.
- Experience in Trade Promotion Planning and forecasting as part of Trade Promotion Management
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing and Promotion analytics, Trade Marketing ROI
- (TPM) implementation on Anaplan and knowledge of other leading EPM tools.
- Techno- Functional understanding of the data, source of data & Reporting structure
- Experience in gathering business requirements through running workshops with clients.
- Translate accurately business requirements from workshops to English language and document.
- Able to document requirements clearly and effectively in English and work with the model builders to translate requirements to model development.
- Liaison with the technical team, to explain the business requirements & guide the Business & Technical team on the feasibility of solution.
- Understanding the Solution deployment methodology, program management, Stake holder management is a key aspect of the Job Role
- Requires understanding of Retail & CPG End Market business formats, specially the distributor models, Modern trade market etc.
- Experience of working on multiple internal / external data sources, with a clear appreciation of the data quality challenges, enrichment strategies, best practice consumer data visualization
- Comfortable with - Data thinking, candidate should have an analytical bent of mind, and ability to appreciate the various applications of analytics for solving business problems
- Very strong communication and presentation skills, ability to lead and influence discussions towards desired outcomes
- Ability to work in a team especially located at offshore locations.
