Maintain and enhance eCommerce platforms, ensuring seamless digital operations, product updates, and customer experience optimization.
Responsibilities :
- Manage CMS content, product catalogs, and digital assets.
- Implement SEO best practices and track site analytics.
- Resolve tickets related to site performance, checkout, and integrations.
- Coordinate with marketing and IT teams for promotions and updates.
- Support platform upgrades and testing activities.
Skills & Qualifications : (5+ yrs of experience)
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and web analytics tools.
