Grey Lake Solutions is seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer with 3-5 years of experience in end-user support and system administration. The ideal candidate will have experience working with US-based clients and a strong ability to troubleshoot, manage cloud systems, and deliver exceptional user support. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for solving IT challenges in a fast-paced global environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide end-user support for Windows and macOS systems, resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and administer Azure Active Directory and Windows Server environments.
- Support Microsoft 365, including user management, security policies, and productivity tools.
- Configure and manage Intune for device management and compliance.
- Provide support for mobile devices (Apple & Android), including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Interact with US-based clients, ensuring high-quality communication and timely issue resolution.
- Maintain documentation, follow IT best practices, and contribute to process improvements.
