What You'll Do :

- Lead technology-driven reinvention initiatives to help clients expand into new markets and build new capabilities.

- Redefine IT functions through strategic operating model design, workforce transformation, and GCC strategy.

- Drive Tech M&A engagements across the full lifecycle : carve-outs, integrations, due diligence, and post-merger transformation.

- Architect sourcing strategies, location models, and governance frameworks for Global Capability Centers.

- Build compelling business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.

- Engage in C-level discussions with advanced presentation and communication skills.

What You Bring :

- 4-7 years in strategy consulting with exposure to Tech Strategy, Operating Models, Shared Services, GCC, or M&A advisory.

- 3+ years writing quantitative and qualitative business cases.

- 2+ years leading large teams and structuring analytical workstreams.

- Strong grasp of enterprise architecture, technology trends, and industry frameworks (TOGAF, DODAF preferred).

- Sector expertise in Financial Services, Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, Automotive, or similar domains.

- MBA from a Tier 1 institute.
