IT Security Lead - CISO/DLP/SIEM

Location : Thrissur

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all IT security initiatives within the IT department.

- Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate with IT teams to implement IT and IS security processes, tools, and controls.

- Oversee the implementation of risk management processes and security governance practices.

- Monitor and evaluate IT security systems to ensure a robust and secure IT infrastructure.

- Provide guidance on security policies, controls, and best practices to IT teams.

- Liaise with the CISO to align IT security initiatives with organizational security objectives.

Technical Skills :

- Hands-on experience implementing IT security tools (firewalls, endpoint security, DLP, SIEM, etc.

- Knowledge of risk management processes and security compliance frameworks.

- Familiarity with network, system, and application security best practices.

- Understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to banking or financial institutions.

Required Candidate Profile :

- Proven experience in leading IT security initiatives and managing IT/IS security operations.

- Strong understanding of IT security tools, processes, and policies.

- Ability to implement risk management and compliance frameworks effectively.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
