We are seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager (SAP Certified) to lead complex SAP implementations and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, from planning to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with SAP best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead cross-functional SAP project teams to deliver large-scale implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business stakeholders.

- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and manage budgets and timelines.

- Drive risk management, quality assurance, and change control processes.

- Ensure SAP methodology adherence (Activate, Agile, or Hybrid models).

- Communicate project status and milestones to senior management and stakeholders.

Desired Skills & Qualifications :

- SAP Certification in Project Management or SAP Activate is mandatory.

- PMP or Prince2 certification preferred.

- Proven experience in managing multi-module SAP implementations (ECC/S4HANA).

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
