Job Description :


As IT Project Manager, you will lead SAP-centric engagements-from requirement gathering through go-live and hypercare. You'll bridge business and technology teams, drive project governance, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of SAP FICO, SAP SD, and related modules.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Leadership & Delivery :


- Manage full project lifecycle (initiation - planning - execution - monitoring - closure)

- Define scope, craft detailed WBS, schedule milestones, allocate resources

- Track project health via KPIs (schedule variance, budget burn, risk metrics)

Stakeholder & Team Management :


- Serve as primary point-of-contact for business sponsors, process owners, and vendors

- Facilitate workshops to elicit & validate functional/technical requirements

- Coordinate cross-functional teams : SAP consultants, developers, QA, BI analysts

SAP Expertise & Functional Oversight :


- Guide functional design and configuration for SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and SAP SD (order- to- cash)

- Support interfaces with banking, tax engines, third-party logistics, TPRM systems

- Oversee data migration strategy, cut-over planning, and legacy system decommissioning

Quality, Risk & Change Management :


- Implement governance : steering-committee updates, RAID logs, change-control boards

- Identify/mitigate risks and manage issues through resolution plans

- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards (test plans, UAT scripts, training materials)

Analytics & Reporting :


- Liaise with BI/Analytics teams to define financial & supply-chain reports (SAP BW/4HANA, SAC)

- Validate FP&A processes : budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis

Must-Have Qualifications :


- 5-7 years in IT project management, with - 2 full SAP implementation or upgrade projects

- Deep functional and technical understanding of SAP FICO and SAP SD modules

- Hands-on experience in Finance & Supply Chain domains (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, financial close)

- Proven record with project-management methodologies (PMP or Prince2 certification preferred)

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills

- Positive, proactive "go-getter" attitude and ability to work under pressure
