IT Project Manager - Cyber Security

Job Title : IT Project Manager - Cyber Security Services.

Experience Required : 12+ Years.

Location : Pune (Hybrid).

Job Overview :

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects within the cybersecurity domain, particularly in Application Security, GRC, and Secure Configuration.
The role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, along with the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cybersecurity solutions in line with organizational goals.

- Manage project execution in Agile methodologies, ensuring adaptability to changing business

requirements.

- Utilize tools like GitLab, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint for project tracking,

documentation, and reporting.

- Prepare high-quality project documentation, including plans, reports, and presentations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and

alignment.

- Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.

Primary Skills :

- Strong Project Management experience (12+ years).

Secure Configuration.

- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.

- Familiarity with GitLab, Confluence, and project documentation practices.

- Proficiency in project management tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Secondary Skills :

- Experience with Power BI reporting and data management (SQL).

- Educational background in Information Technology / Computer Science.
