We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to drive successful outcomes through structured execution and proactive stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

- Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, business analysts, and product stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain project documentation, project plans, schedules, and status reports.

- Oversee project budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and financial tracking.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues through effective risk management practices.

- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure continuous improvement across teams.

- Ensure alignment with organizational goals and deliver projects within defined KPIs and SLAs.

- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, regular updates, and conflict resolution.

- Coordinate with vendors, third-party partners, and external stakeholders when required.

Requirements & Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management, preferably in software development, digital transformation, or enterprise IT environments.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps processes.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-team IT projects.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.

- Ability to work in hybrid and distributed team environments.

Preferred Certifications :

- PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or equivalent
