IT Project Manager - Agile/Scrum Methodologies

Position : Project Manager

Technology : Cloud (AWS/Azure), Application stacks (Java/.NET), DevOps practices, project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps

Experience : 8+ years

Work Location : Sanpada, Navi Mumbai

Job Description :

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client expectations and organizational objectives.

- Prepare and manage detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies or traditional waterfall governance based on the project methodology.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Manage internal and external stakeholder communication, status reporting, and issue escalation.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders

- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure timely delivery

- Track project performance, analyze metrics, and report on progress to senior management

- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Desired Profile :

- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies and Hands-on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle management

- Proven track record of managing end-to-end IT service delivery, including scope, timelines, resource planning, and quality control

- Strong understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Certification in PMP, Agile Scrum Master, or ITIL is highly desirable

- Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices is a plus

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
