Based in Pune, the ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of project management experience with a strong focus on IAM governance, process execution, and global coordination. This role is heavily IAM governance-focused, requiring expertise in entitlement models, provisioning, and AG&O systems, rather than deep infrastructure or core cyber security engineering skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Facilitation : Take charge of facilitating detailed discussions across requirements gathering, solution design, and technical planning, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical feasibility.

- Project Governance : Establish and maintain strong project governance and reporting structures, providing clear status updates, risk management, and decision logs for all initiatives.

- SDLC Understanding : Leverage a solid understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to guide project phases effectively.

2. Access Governance & Provisioning :

- IAM Governance Knowledge : Apply in-depth Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance knowledge to structure and deliver AG&O solutions.

- AG&O Focus : Drive projects specifically focused on entitlement governance, access certification, user onboarding, and offboarding processes.

- Tool Expertise : Utilize knowledge of Access Governance tools (e.g., AGNES or similar platforms) and their deployment/integration.

- Provisioning Models : Demonstrate knowledge of various provisioning models (automated, manual, role-based) and manage projects implementing and optimizing these models.

3. Communication & Global Coordination :

- Senior Management Communication : Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with senior management and executive stakeholders regarding project performance, strategic alignment, and potential escalations.

- Global Coordination : Exhibit strong global coordination skills to manage distributed teams, stakeholders, and dependencies across different regions and time zones.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Act as the central point of contact, effectively working and communicating across business, IT, and security teams to ensure unified project delivery and adoption.

Required Skills & Knowledge :

- Experience : 3 to 5 years of demonstrable project management experience, preferably within the IT or financial services sector.

Domain Specifics :

- Solid knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) governance principles.

- Familiarity with provisioning models and experience with Access Governance tools (e.g., AGNES).

- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in an Agile environment.

- Project Management : Proven ability to manage projects through the Agile SDLC, including effective requirements/design facilitation and strong governance.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

- Proven ability to coordinate complex activities globally.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
