Job Title : IT Project Manager - Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Automation

Role Summary :

The IT Project Manager will lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives spanning Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Finance. This role is responsible for end-to-end project delivery of automation, system integration, and process optimization initiatives involving Oracle EBS, MES, WMS, MRP, and AI-enabled solutions. The PM will coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own end-to-end project delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives, including :

1. Automation of Work Order (WO), Sales Order (SO), PR/PO, invoicing, and shipment processes

2. MES - Oracle data interface stabilization and scalability planning

3. Warehouse, kitting, shipping, and consumable process improvements

- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reporting.

- Lead cross-functional governance with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and IT.

- Manage scope, dependencies, and priorities across a growing project backlog.

- Drive process standardization and automation-first approaches.

- Coordinate internal developers, business analysts, system integrators, and vendors.

- Ensure solutions are scalable to support production ramp over the next 8 quarters.

- Proactively identify risks related to data quality, integration bandwidth, and change management.

- Ensure compliance with IT, security, and audit standards.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years of IT Project Management experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or logistics environments

- Strong experience delivering projects involving Oracle EBS and MES systems

- Proven success managing automation and integration-heavy initiatives

- Strong understanding of : Work Orders, Sales Orders, MRP, PR/PO processes
