About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead and drive complex, large-scale IT and transformation programs within our ITES (Information Technology Enabled Services) environment. The ideal candidate will be a smart, strategic thinker with deep experience in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and have a strong technical orientation to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery across multiple IT projects within ITES domain.

- Ensure seamless execution of projects by adhering to SDLC processes, Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), and client delivery frameworks.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams-ensuring effective communication, alignment, and transparency.

- Drive strategic planning, risk management, budget control, and timeline adherence.

- Collaborate with engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve conflicts or challenges to keep the program on track.

- Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation including roadmaps, delivery plans, RACI matrices, and communication decks.

- Foster a high-performance culture and mentor project managers and team leads within the delivery organization.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 15 years of IT industry experience, with at least 5+ years in a Program Management role.

- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

- Technically sound with the ability to understand architecture, integration, and system design discussions.

- Proven experience in managing large, distributed teams and multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills-capable of interacting at all levels including CXOs.

- Expertise in project tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc.

- PMP / Agile / SAFe certifications preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to Have :

- Experience in the ITES / BPO / Shared Services environment.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Exposure to automation, analytics, or AI-driven transformation initiatives.
